What is a FotoPak CD?
This is a CD that contains all the photos taken from each event in an encrypted format. It is designed for viewing and ordering your photographs and allows you to store an encrypted version of the files on your computer. To view the photos you simply install the Fotopak Buyer Software.

How do I install my FotoPak CD?
1- Load the CD into your DVD/CD drive on your computer;
2- Double left click on "Start", then on "My Computer" and then on "DVD/CD Drive"
(This will show as the date the disc was burnt, usually drive D:);
3- Double left click on the "FotoPak Buyer Set-up" file;
4- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the program;
5- Close all the widows back to the desktop;
6- Double left click on the "FotoPak Buyer" icon, which will now be on your desktop.
I have installed the software but I cannot see the photos, what do I do?
Stage 1
1- Insert the FotoPak CD into your DVD/CD drive on your computer;
2- Double left click on "Start", then on "My Computer" and then on "DVD/CD Drive"
(This will show as the date the disc was burnt, usually drive D:);
3- Highlight all the files ending with ".pak"
(Hold the "Ctrl" key down and left click once on each file);
4- Left click on "Edit" at the top of the screen and left click on "Copy";
5- Close the file.
Stage 2
1- Double left click on "My Computer";
2- Double left click on "drive C:" or "local disk";
3- Double left click on "Program Files";
4- Double left click on "MGiS";
5- Double left click on "FotoPak Buyer";
6- Double left click on "Pak Lib";
7- Left click on "Edit" at the top of the screen and left click on "Paste".
This should copy the images from the CD to "drive C:" in a folder called "Pak Lib".
This may take a few minutes depending on your computer. Please be patient.
Please go back to your desktop, ensuring all other programs are closed and double left click on the "FotoPak Buyer" icon.

What is a private folder?
The contents of this folder can only be viewed with a specific password given by Photos 2 U, therefore members of the public will not be able to view the contents of this folder.
I purchased a digital image and I cannot find where to download it. What do I do?
Before you can download any digital images you may have purchased, Photos 2 U to has to process your order. The orders are processed daily so this shouldn't take long. Once your order has been processed you will see a "Download Now" button next to the image purchased once you have clicked on the order number in "My Orders".
I purchased a print/product and I cannot see the item details. What do I do?
Before you can see the summary of your prints & products, Photos 2 U to has to process your order. The orders are processed daily so this shouldn't take long. Once your order has been processed you will be able to see a summary of all the items ordered once you have clicked on the order number in "My Orders".
What format are the photos in?
All our photos are in JPG format.
Do you add photos on a regular basis?
We will update the website as soon as possible after each event.
Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by Photos 2 U. In the future we may consider this please contact us for further details.
Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because the images are only printed specifically by request.
Why do I have to subscribe to checkout my order?
This is a safety feature that enables Photos 2 U to track who has ordered prints & products from the website. The subscription is free and will allow you to have access to extra features on the website and also enable us to send you promotions and discounts.
How long will my photographs last for without fading?
Providing the photos are mounted behind glass, all photographs should last 100 years and all posters should last 30 years.
